What are the best aspects of this product?
Skedulo lets me check notes and schedules anywhere through its mobile app, even when I’m on a site or a tour. It lets me make edits or changes to the details conveniently, as well as easily communicate or notify clients for some updates or when an unexpected event takes place. I can also check others’ schedules through the tool which is an advantage in properly adjusting my time. Moreover, it has a terrific Salesforce plugin. When I set or delete any schedule, such activity automatically reflects on my Gmail and Salesforce accounts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mobile version is not as accessible with the web platform, and I cannot delete a submitted time block through the application as well. The mobile app doesn’t let me check others’ schedules too, which is something that affects the efficiency of our fieldwork. Moreover, the app loads sluggishly, and it also refreshes by itself and affects anything I’ve been working on. A refresh option that I can personally activate would be great, especially that I dislike closing the app and reopening it to see fresh content. And I hope I can tweak its appearance because I can only see a dominant blue with Skedulo and Salesforce.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Makes it unnecessary for me to reach my desktop computer now and then. This is good leverage, especially when engaging with people during my job.
