What are the best aspects of this product?

Skedulo allows our trainers to check their schedules on the calendar without hassles. They can also make motes after each meeting when they leave an event. The admins can also search for certifications that are signed by our trainers while making a schedule. The issue is, there are users in our company that only has a few certifications. Fortunately, with the help of Skedulo, they can still check the events that are handled by certain trainers. This is great for those who are using shared accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our frontend users experience sluggish loading time with Skedulo. On the other hand, the admin panel of the platform needs enhancements to make it more functional and convenient. Notably, the mobile app is hard to configure according to our demands because our own admin team cannot make the right changes on their own. Say, we need to refresh the sandbox and apply custom tweaks, we need to ask for support from the helpdesk for the job. This means wasting time waiting for their response to our tickets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A fantastic solution for setting the best schedules for our trainers to handle certain events on the campus. The platform also lets the trainers encode essential event details; either through PC or mobile. This is helpful since trainers can set their events even when they’re away from a desktop computer.
