What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve instantly used Skedulo right after setting it up, and it’s a great platform. It carries a huge repository of documentation that users can open, such as training materials for developers and customer service. The tool also lets us add some fields to boost reports, especially when we need to tweak some requirements. Skedulo also has Salesforce integrations that magnify its reporting features and has easily accessible data storage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having a good grasp of Skedulo and Salesforce isn’t an easy task. The combo is hard to learn, especially when about managing and accessing Salesforce data. But after learning the process, Salesforce has become a primary source of data and information through reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Skedulo improves the punctuality of our entire team with distant staff. It’s now easier for us to track work hours and traveled distance for each employee. This is great for creating customer bills and employee payrolls accurately.
