What are the best aspects of this product?

Helps me a lot during the routing process. Skedulo gives me alerts that the tasks are already sent to the drivers of our team. The platform also helps me identify the exact location of our trucks; at any point of a given day. That’s when I can talk with customers about the location of our trucks and their relative distance to the pick-up points.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that the routes would show distinctly colored lines. For example, some lines link the job throughout each route, so we can easily determine overlapping points. This would help us know the schedules that are next on a line as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made our verification and arrival processes much more intuitive, thus helping our sales personnel to save a lot of time. However, we’re currently trying to figure out if we can automate resending some email entries. This is helpful when a customer requests for such, and if there are any changes with the contents.
