What are the best aspects of this product?

Skedulo is amazing when it comes to scheduling many of our staff every day, and then informing them about the tasks they should complete at a given time. Its mobile app is also terrific because our staff can easily check their schedules or receive alerts when changes have been made. They can do it regardless of their location as long as they have their mobile phones on hand. Skedulo has made it easier for us to dispatch our staff accordingly too, especially that it serves as our central communication line.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Connection problems happen in some instances. This problem causes us to submit double entries to the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Skedulo is helpful for us here in the health care workforce. It is a solution that serves as a lone scheduling system that even a single person can manage. This translates to our multiple staff not having to manage their own schedules, and then match it with the schedules of others.
