What are the best aspects of this product?

Scheduling tours is very easy through Skedulo. It lets me check the schedule availability of our staff, and it intuitively sends SMS alerts to verify a schedule. Amazingly, all features that I need to make schedules are here. These include details such as time, suite and room number to be toured. The platform provides an option to schedule an activity or tour over a longer timeframe, making it perfect for touring large buildings too. It even allows me to adjust the time when need be. This lets us conveniently send an email that carries detailed information to the person who will be making the tour, as well as make proper arrangements with the room. Skedulo is really suitable but adaptable for our necessities. It’s an outstanding time saver.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn’t allow us to book tours for multiple cities at once, which is a problem for our leasing professionals that covers more than one city. This pushes me to make multiple schedules in one city for each staff, despite such a schedule is intended for a multi-city job. Skedulo doesn’t let me view the schedule availability of our staff without having to book a tour too. Such kind of insight could have been helpful when a client wants to tour another home after touring a previous property. This would help me assign the same specialist to such a client. Lastly, we want to see further flexibility in scheduling staff, specifically when staff is scheduled to tour a certain property on a specified date.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An impressive digital solution for scheduling our staff. It is easy for me to check the available schedule of all our staff, and then book them for tours accordingly. It helps me avoid unnecessarily long conversations with them just to verify a schedule, and it helps me avoid giving double or overlapping bookings to a single staff too. It lets us put all schedule information in one place such as the exact room and time details, which is great for arranging a tour on a specified location. I also love how Skedulo lets us schedule a tour over a specified period, which is wonderful for touring big building properties. Moreover, upon scheduling, our clients instantly receive an SMS notification, as well as an automated email after completing their tour. The platform also functions efficiently with Salesforce for automating much of our processes. Skedulo is amazingly flexible in satisfying our needs and in saving much of our time. It helps us focus on growing our business by giving enough effort on more essential tasks.
