You can easily distribute common design elements across multiple art boards that represents different screens of your app or website. You can add simple interactions to your design. The Sketch mirror app allows you to preview iut on an iOS device. Also, there are huge amoiunts of plugins that are added by Sketch.

They could include Windows version of Sketch.
