What are the best aspects of this product?

SketchUp is the simplest drawing and modeling tool I have encountered in my career. Even though it is not much capable of complicated and complex designs, it is helpful when collaborating with clients and other teams due to its import/export flexibility and capability to be integrated with Revit and other plug-ins.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. The tool is used best when utilized by a capable user.
