What are the best aspects of this product?

Just about everything! I like how you can convert basic lines/shapes and start making your own dream building. Simplified shortcut commands allow for hand motion. You can translate your concentration from what you have in your head. Then moving that to the screen.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Basically nothing. I guess when you tend to overwork and your screen suddenly "bug splats." It can be annoying to experience from time to time. But that's understandable for the time spent in creating a model. If there's one tiny problem I'd go for it's the time of expiration of their license.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sketchup is capbable of solving business issues. It takes one 2D idea and converting it into a three-dimensional quality. It's an excellent tool that helps in setting up a presentation or plan. The things you can create, build, render, and then expertly photoshop is what will ultimately sell your idea.
