What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, what I like best about this learning management tool is the amount of support that we are getting from them. Each Skilljar team member made sure that they were able to contribute something significant from onboarding to the day to day operations. They assured us that they would never leave our side. Thanks for giving us more than what we expect, and we appreciate everything.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everyone can master the platform in a short time; that's how user-friendly Skilljar is. However, in my opinion, they still need to diversify their product features to entice more clients. Our team has some ideas in mind; however, these features are not exactly the most requested ones. We are thankful that Skilljar has been looking into our suggestions, and some of them may be included in next year's plans.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before using Skilljar, we struggled with our onboarding process, and the success rates are not that promising. Since Skilljar came into our lives, things changed dramatically. The clients are happy and satisfied since the onboarding time was cut into half. Plus, we were able to go beyond the expected onboarding ratio of 1:1, which is already a milestone for the company.
