What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been a long time user of this learning tool for my past and present employers. I can say that Skilljaris one of the smartest applications that I came across for the past decade. Thanks to its intuitive design that gives most of its users an amazing experience. I was able to maximize Skilljar for my previous projects with the learning team. I was able to create a variety of courses, schedule classes, and provide certifications to those who were able to pass the assessments. For me, Skilljar is not just an amazing product, but also comes with a wonderful support team that every learning specialist can dream of having. I am one of the lucky individuals who was blessed with the opportunity to use Skilljar.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No major issues that I can think of. Although it would be less of a hassle if they can find a better and faster way to improve their online reports, I am currently able to achieve that using Salesforce.com, which is a great alternative for now. Also, it would be great if they can find a way for moderators to send a personal email to participants to enhance the level of communication between two parties.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Skilljar was able to assist our company in terms of disseminating essential information or conducting training classes for both our employees and stakeholders. Our customer service team has fewer things to worry about because most people are empowered. We have plans of transitioning into a tech-touch mode of instruction, and I believe that Skilljar will do an excellent job of implementing the process.
