What are the best aspects of this product?
Skilljar has proven its worth as a learning platform. We all know that it can do more than what other LMS platforms can offer. However, let us not forget that the success of Skilljar mainly lies in its support team. They all did their part in ensuring the success of the product in the market, and it honestly makes a lot of difference talking from a customer's perspective.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Based on my observation, I think that Skilljar needs to do something to improve its report generating capabilities, which is something that educators need for comparison and analysis. Currently, we are using a third-party site like Salesforce.com to generate our numbers daily.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to transition our learning classes from the old school face to face method towards e-learning. This change is something our customers embraced with open arms. This process is more efficient and time saving for our employees, making it a win-win situation. With more time in our hands, we can easily track essential customer data and provide them with accurate feedback.
