Customers can learn and get accreditations without the need to undergo a face to face training, which takes too much time and effort. We enjoy using Skilljar for client education. However, they do have some shortcomings that need to be addressed, like the reporting capabilities and delayed notification status. These two issues play significant roles in the success of Skilljar in our organization. I am happy that the team who is responsible for Skilljar can take several requests to help enhance the functionality of the entire platform.
