What are the best aspects of this product?
If you transition to a new platform, it is reasonable to expect a lot. The team behind Skilljar made sure that they get to fulfill all of our expectations. Hands off to their customer service team for guiding us on how to be successful in using the learning platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are looking for ways to communicate our message to our clients across the country effectively. We are considering incorporating hybrid media as one of our marketing strategies how I wish that they can upload these kinds of modules into Skilljar one of these days. Also, it would be much appreciated if they could find an effective way to provide a summary of what transpired after completing each module.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am proud to share that we are currently maximizing Skilljar. We use it for various reasons including onboarding of new clients as well as upskill and cross skill training of our employees. Our customer service team are no longer swamped with queries and tutorials because they can always refer their clients to Skilljar.
