What are the best aspects of this product?
One of this tool's strengths is how user-friendly it is. Once we had it set up, it easily linked to our shipping system as well as to our account on Shopify Plus. That kind of quick integration isn't something to joke about. It's also great at warehouse management, thanks to its barcode scanning feature. To top it all of, the customer support team is also very accommodating.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have to admit that their onboarding process could be improved. When we first started using it, there were some pending numbers and missing numbers that we had some trouble with because some of the features and aspects I feel were not properly explained. Thank goodness the customer support team was exceptional and helped us out, but I feel like this tool would be even better if I did not have to reach out to customer support in the first place.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The area where this has been a massive help has been in managing our inventory. The scanning feature for products is a great tool. Thanks to the exceptional inventory management features, we've never been short on a stock and have avoided overselling items.
