What are the best aspects of this product?

SkyPrep LMS stands out for its inviting UX/UI and the overall user-friendly, intuitive nature of the platform. As an admin, I particularly appreciate how easy it is to set up the system initially, including adding branding and customizing the dashboard. I’m also impressed by how actively they release new features and upgrade existing ones, which shows their commitment to continuous improvement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The implementation process, while functional, could benefit from more structure. I wish there were templates or guides available with clear suggestions on how to set up the platform. Although my Customer Success Manager is fantastic, the early calls felt more like a Q&A session, which left me unsure of the right questions to ask. I would have preferred more guided support, including step-by-step resources to help me navigate the system with more confidence. For example, use cases for certain features or how similar companies set up their platform.

More robust content creation options.

SkyPrep has been instrumental in centralizing our training programs, making it easier to manage all our learning content in one place. This has streamlined our process, ensuring consistency across the board. The robust reporting features have also been a major benefit, providing valuable insights into training progress, completion rates, and learner performance. This data-driven approach helps us track effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make more informed decisions about future training initiatives.
