PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use of this software is amazing, especially for companies who have a wide range of ages among their workforce. We have had almost zero issues with our employees navigating the platform to complete their training. It has also been great with making training consistent across the board as well as a great reporting tool to keep track of where new hires are at in their training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The ILT portion of the system does need some work, specifically with SkyPrep's integration with Microsoft Teams. Our company uses Teams as our main source of internal communication, and we have tried to apply it to the live training sessions but the connection always breaks. We aren't sure if this is an issue on SkyPrep's or Microsoft's side, but that has been one of the few issues we've had since implementing the LMS system to our workforce.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Right now, the system has everything we need for our company's training and development purposes. As we continue to grow, I'm sure there will be things that come up, but at the moment there really isn't anything to add to the wish list!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've always had a difficult time with consistency of training among our new hires, as well as not really knowing where they stood within the first six months of their starting at our company. This system has completely resolved those issues.
