Database syncing made easy

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like being able to keep synced data updated on an open-plan package I can tweak anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the support team can reply more promptly, especially to urgent queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to keep third-party databases updated without having to touch their backend. Skyvia enabled us to do this with our SQL database and Salesforce, both of which we need to use for different cases and almost simultaneously.
