What are the best aspects of this product?
I come from a non-technical background, so it was a big deal for me to be able to set up scheduled packages quite easily. The features being offered are exactly what was required, whether it was free, or paid, which offers great value for money.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Having a 24-hour customer service would be fantastic, considering time zone differences and in case of urgent issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Automation. Skyvia enables us to automate signups that occur externally, which goes straight to our Salesforce tool that in turn, automatically updates our integrated data. This allows us to keep every information in one platform, which our partners also have access to.
