It has great features that are easy to use. It has group chats where employees can talk. It is truly a wonder and user-friendly app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite expensive. We have to pay per employee who uses it. I hope they could give us a package instead, so it won't be as hard on the pockets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It integrates well with payroll. As a result, we never make mistakes when it comes to paying our staff.
