What are the best aspects of this product?

I can readily see my shift. It also allows me to set an alarm an hour before my shift starts. As a result, I'm never late.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love every aspect of this app. I have nothing to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It prevents me from being late. This is the best perk as I can avoid any pay deductions.
