It is very easy to use. I can also manage my schedule well using this app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't really have any particular dislikes about the app. Unless you count being notified about work as a con, I think this application is great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling problems are solved. I am able to efficiently schedule all their shift now.
