What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily request for time off. The process for this became easier. I can also easily keep track of my schedule.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You get a notification for everything. This can be quite annoying as you even get it for your lunch break. It'd be great if we can customize our notification settings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It organized our shifts. This benefited the organization as we don't have to manually keep track of everyone's schedule anymore. It is truly a great app to use.
