It has a user-friendly interface. It also works well with android and iOS. Best of all, it allows you to designate shifts, time, and holidays.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should decrease the header size when printing the schedule. This will allow us to save paper. Other than this, I really don't have any complaints about the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is absolutely free. It is great for small businesses and non-profit organizations. We can also see the shift of our workmates so we can see who is available in cases of emergency.
