What are the best aspects of this product?

CAD solutions are known for having a steep learning curve. But the case with SmartDraw is pretty different. We are able to install it in no time and figure out how it works right away. Aside from ease of use, it also provides lots of templates, inbuilt contents, and cloud storage. In addition, you can have it either through downloading it on your Windows or use it as a cloud-based service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First, the number of columns that can be utilized in the Gantt Chart is limited. Second, the timelines are a bit hard to work with. Sometimes, it seems like the bubbles have their own mind. It's hard to move or control them. Lastly, the options for file folders aren't new versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am a CAD designer and so far I can say SmartDraw does its job well. It has mechanical and architectural scale templates such as infographics, flowcharts, flow panels and many more which can be used for presentations or reports. There is also a metric as well as inch wise scale.
