Overall, it’s easy to use. It is also very intuitive. And when it comes to installation and implementation, everything worked seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Difficulty sharing files after the workflow has been completed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve used this tool to create process flowcharts. The flowchart has made our operation in the business smoother. We’re able to see the flow of the operation, how things work, discover areas that need to be improved, and easily figure out what to do to make them better.
