What are the best aspects of this product?

It's pretty easy to use and provides me just enough functionalities and choices to get my work done. The best thing, processes seems simpler here than with other CAD software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I often struggle to get the lines snap together the right way when drawing walls utilizing SmartDraw auto-snap feature. And the only solution is to turn the feature off.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to work on small projects and it's pretty effective. We don't have to get into the complexities of Auto-Cad so we're able to complete tasks much faster and submit them on time (or earlier). Our productivity has also significantly improved since using this tool.
