A really simple tool for everyone!

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a simple program that's readily accessible. It's not something that requires several clicks just to get the app to launch. I highly recommend they do something to expand their tutorials so users will get an in-depth view of the product. I noticed there were certain functionalities and use cases that I wasn't even aware of. It'd be nice to see videos or some comprehensive explanantion of what's included on the next version release.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel the user interface needs some improvment. It looks really old. Or it could be an old software trying hard to go for a "futuristic" theme. It would seem like an 2005 version of Windows Media Player.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's really swift in grabbing screenshots. It serves such purpose whenever I'm making use of a browser or app that won't let me print to PDF or whenever I'm in need of multiple windows.
