What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best? It's ability to deliver as promised. It's so easy to use. The screen recording and capture is powerful, and can do a whole lot more. Snagit helps track of the content you've recorded and captured. Once the add-ons are successfully installed, the experience is a lot more enriching especially when linking with Google Drive, Evernote, YouTube, and etc... Its editor is really robust.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like the notion of having to learn or revalling how to properly make a backup my "snags." Thing is, it lets me emphasize the importance of its backup once it's configured. Its backup isn't automated by default. The user will need to set it up. If you fail to save your content as separate files, and you forget to configure your backup, there's a good chance you'll lose your content permanently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been using Snagit to resolve a number of issues. It lets trainors record On-the-Job-Trainng while explaining things to incoming trainees. Its able to keep quality control on web deign projects. Snagit's library counts and categories content via folders by year, month, and application from where you were able to snag. It's able to record content for work with other third party software (ex. Animoto, Camtasia, and etc...).
