An indespensible software.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I frequently use Snagit and I never ran into any issues. I make use of it to add info on screen captures, resize pictures, capture data from webinars, make icon/logo changes, and grab short screen videos on fault scenarios. It's a handy software for a wide range of uses. Its side window is butter smooth and will pop out when you hover over it. I like how easy it is to have my previous multiple projects gathered at the bottom window.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only small issue I faced was saving my videos. It's not entirely clear where they house the files. If I fail to copy the generated link immediately, I won't know where to retrieve it. And I'll have save it again. It's a teeny issue really.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It came in with so many benefits. It saved plenty of time and was able to quickly resolve faults/bugs. It gave us the upper hand in becoming more productive. That means less energy spent on tweaks/snags occurring in our business. More effort and time is allocated on ouputs and sales.
