There's really nothing much to hate with Snagit. Maybe it could use a functionality where it can snag several images simultaneously? Then have them stored in multiple keyboards? Other than that, it's an aweseom tool to have!

Through Snagit, I'm able to raise my producitivity level up notch. It may not be measurable since there are certain things you can't really do with the print screen button and paint.
