Great tool for capturing imprtant segments of interviews

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Snagit I’m able to select specific area and to capture it. I can capture various things like sound, images and even videos. I’m using it to capture webcam interviews so we can use this data when doing research. I like that all the captures are high-quality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that you can easily turn off the capture when trying to move around the box. Also, I had to change the setting and to turn on the sound in order to capture the video, it would be great if the sound could be default and obvious.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool we can capture video webcam interviews. I like that we can use various programs for doing the interviews and use Snagit at the same time in order to record the whole interview. I’m able to record only person’s webcam without catching areas of the screen.
