I’m using Snagit on a daily basis to capture important areas on my screens

What are the best aspects of this product?

Snagit offers great set of tools, my favorite one is “arrow-feature”. I’m using this feature when the image is captured and to point out the specific area with sole colorful arrows. This tool is easy to use and it meets all your needs. Additionally, there is great integration with the Prtsc button on the keyboard, when you click on it the Snagit is activated and you can start with capturing videos, screens, images from one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the tool doesn’t open and when it opens it can be stuck and I cannot close it. Also, I’d like to see an option to configure the countdown (enabling-disabling).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to capture testing results whether it is image or video. It is great tool for every kind of testing activities. We are able to record screen activity and to post it on social network. It helps me to highlight the specific area in the screenshot.
