What are the best aspects of this product?

There's a lot to like with this tool! It's robust and really easy to use. There are way too many good things to say about Snagit! I've been using this tool for years and it gets better for every new version released! I like its callouts, cut out options, and stamps!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point, nothing! There's nothing that I hate about this product. If they're capable of creating snapshots without having to to go back and forth from video to snapshots (and vice versa), that would be totally awesome! But then again, I can go on without it. For lightweight package, it's able to do plenty!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I really wanted to find a way to start capturing images in a consistent and swift manner. Snagit was able to do this for me. The package is really easy to use and it's streamlined.
