One of the best screen-capture software

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the power of its options, it allows me to capture scrolling pages from different software. I can easily capture screens and do from basic to most advanced editing. In addition, it allows you to capture even video. You can easily share images and some services. It provides great library of previous captures so you can go back to see old screen captures. You can easily find specific screenshot because the library is divided by source.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The scrolling pages capture can multiply the flowing parts of the interface and this can be included multiple times. Sometimes the editor feature is unresponsive but this is mostly because lot of edited content is visible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I do all the screen capturing via Snagit. It helps me to easily capture, edit and share interfaces, charts, pictures with my team. Also, I’m able to capture some bugs or areas that need improvements. It allows me to capture significant part of the screen and to paste it anywhere.
