Perfect tool for capturing what’s important

What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides useful features and I like that they constantly update the software. Thanks to the multi-capture settings I am able to capture everything I want. Its annotation features are easy to use and rich, I often use the editor tool for images.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it doesn’t support layers in the image editor, if this is the case I would lie to put the screenshots directly into the Photoshop so I can edit them better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can easily capture what’s going on the screen, it helps me to capture the cascading dropdown menus. All you have to do is to press the key and move cursor to what you want to capture, or even if you want to capture large region you can drag the cursor diagonally. The editor feature helps me to draw callouts, circles and some markups on the images and to save them. We often use this feature to better explain software procedures to our customers. We have upgraded the latest version and I can’t wait to try all the other features.
