Really easy for taking screenshots and capturing vids.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's able to take screenshots and can even record audio. Editing videos has never been this easy. Even first-time users will immediately get the hang of the features.I haven't had the chance to explore its advanced features. The icon is situated on the top edge of the screen. It'll only be available whenever I needed it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All in all, it's software is simple to use. It's reliable in so many ways. There were a couple instances where I recorded a video and it resulted to a blank screen. I had a hard time resolving the issue. There wasn't any issue like it or a resolution online. All I did was restart my computer and it things went back to normal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been taking screenshots and video captures on software bugs as they happen. We were able to attach such files to our the support and break down the bug reports.
