What are the best aspects of this product?

I've handled numerous screen capture tools in the past. So far, nothing has ever come close to Snagit. What I like about it is its flexbility. Once I get a screenshot, I can edit the pic, and include comments, arrows, and numbering. This is particularly helpful when breaking down a specific issue or whenever a presentation is being made.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be nice to see a couple things improved. First off, its UI appears to be outdated. It'd be cool if they added a modern flair to it. I'd like to see them to do something about its video functionality. It may be capable of doing the basic stuff, but it'll work nicely if some advanced feature are added.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Snagit has done a lot of things. It resolved a ton of issues with screen snapshots and recording. It saved me on cost, productivity, and time.
