Thanks to Snagit I can better explain things to my clients

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Snagit to capture segments, take screenshots and to edit them into clear graphic. I like that I can add some tools within the images like arrows, circles, highlights. With this tool I’m able to better explain a design element or to show important detail easily. As media production specialist it is extremely important to me to grab screen captures of demos and to implement it into the videos.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This tool is easy to use and it is user-friendly but capturing video with this tool can be boring from time to time, but I learned how to do this part better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool is extremely helpful for those who can get lost on a website or who need some help in visualizing what something looks like. I like that this tool helps me to accurately assist my clients and show them who the things are.
