What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm constantly using Snagit daily for work. It's an indespensible software that I currently own. I've been a user of this product for more than a decade now. Snagit is insane (in a good way) in capturing screenshots with just about anything, be it in the form of Word docs, e-mail, chat, Jira tickets, and others. Its built-in editor not only marks your screenshot with boxes, numbers, texts, and highlights, but it does decent work in cropping and rezing images swiftly. Snagit didn't increase much in terms of pricing and it's well-worth the purchase.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've failed to come up with anything negative about Snagit. It's one simple program that's capable of doing what it's supposed to. Smaller additions to its Editor would've been worth it. But then again, it's not made to be a full-time image editing app (which is not meant to be in the first place).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For the most part, I use it to take snapshots for technical documentation, sharing screenshots to clients and/or colleagues, and resolve issues through online chat. There's nothing beter than having a swift visual in explaining things clearly. Through Snagit, I can conveniently take a screeshot. Then mark it via an editor. And have it sent it over to anyone in seconds.
