With Snagit I can capture only important segments

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I have to say that I’ve been using this software for more than 4 years. I cannot imagine doing my whole work without this tool. I am able to capture all the important screenshots so I can provide series of documentations for my clients. It has easy to use button “Print screen” that opens up the Snagit plugin and you can start capturing what is on your screen. You are able to edit the images, putting arrows, emphasis, magnify the image. This tool offers even video screen recording.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot really say that I have some negative experience with Snagit, I just don’t like the price tag but this is only my opinion.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This wonderful tool helps me to overcome issues with documentation, to replay to e-mails with images. It is extremely helpful tool for our tech manages and teammates.
