SOAPUI is great solution for web-service testing

What are the best aspects of this product?

If you are a web service developer, then this product is right for you. The tool is excellent and easy to set up. SOAPUI offers great reports, support for Plugin and Eclipse. It is great solution for web service testing and provides you with detailed insight into technology. I found this product very intuitive and interactive with great and helpful features that helps us to make our web service more functional. And I have to say that they have great support team, they are always here to help and to listen to you.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Great tool but the interface is not what I really like. It would be great if they could change it. I don’t like to waste time with some sub-standard UI to do my job. I’m using Mac Version, but I don’t like the fact that I need to move tests within projects or steps between the projects, or in some case I need to drop a test or step part way so I can pick it up again and to move it in its place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great solution for performing web-service testing. With SoapUi we are able to solve business problems to our customers and we like that we can make them satisfied at the end of the day.
