What are the best aspects of this product?

SOAP UI's features is something to have for web service developers. Personally, this tool functions really great. I love how they're doing whatever it is they can to make things functional. Good reporting and assert mood.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's an essential tool to have no doubt. But it operates with horrible UI. They seriously need to have some UX expert to have the UI re-tooled. The last thing I want right now is wasting time away running on a crappy UI just so I can get the job done.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's an ideal tool for use in web service testing. It's something that almost anyone wouldn't ignore. We were able to resolve web services based on our clients' business issues. My clients were thrilled to have gotten over the hump with our solutions.
