PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Social Champ has a very user friendly UI for its Android App. As I use it daily, it became a comfortable fit to use. Its pricing is very competitive, and its ability to post to two X accounts at the same time is something others cannot do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Base pricing doesn't include access to X accounts. Set up of your accounts require the use of your laptop and website and cannot be done efficiently via your Android App.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to set up all services direct from the Android App would make this tool exceptional. Including an entry pricing model that includes at least one X account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Monthly social media budget was reduced as a result of using Social Champ as compared to the ever rising fees for Buffer and Hootsuite.
