What are the best aspects of this product?

SocialOomph allows me to organize all the social media accounts I manage. I can easily do it because of the apps' straightforward control panel. I also love the analytics tool that keeps us updated on the trends so that we could know what's working or not. It helps us plan. It also allows us to schedule our posts way before its intended publishing date. We no longer have to worry about logging in and posting every day because the app does it for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although I love the control panel, I think the overall interface can be improved further by re-organizing the sections. Right now, it opens a new tab every time we access a section.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Personally, it improves my work routine because I can update all social media account by just using one platform. It streamlines all our social media tasks. The app really saves us time because we can upload all our posts for the whole month in just one day, and forget about it for the rest of the month.
