What are the best aspects of this product?
What I love about this app is the feature wherein it uses RSS feeds to get relevant and effective content for all our accounts. I also love their customer support team because of their prompt response every time we need some troubleshooting. I also love the posting tools that allows us to schedule our posts strategically!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do think that the design and the interface can still be improved to make it easier to navigate. A calendar view would also be helpful!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It makes us more efficient! It speeds up and streamlines our content creation and posting processes! It's really helpful given that we only have a few staff to maintain our accounts! With SocialOomph, we're still able to keep all our accounts active.
