What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this program is the ability to manage multiple social media accounts and provide access to multiple users. With this, your whole social media team can collaborate while using the app. We no longer have to login at a specified time to manually post content.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Getting a good grip on the app might take time especially in establishing a workflow. I also find the admin settings a bit confusing and cluttered but I got used to it eventually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since SocialOomph allows us to post content, sync accounts, and monitor all our accounts' activities using just a single app, our team became more efficient. It saves us a lot of time because we no longer manually monitor our campaigns.
