What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is super functional yet affordable. It's really helpful in content management for both my company and our clients. Definitely recommended to start-up and small-business owners! They have great staff, too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Email invitations to join the platform are sometimes not being sent out so it's hard to add people. I hope we could share a link with them to let them in. I'd also like to see some improvements on the interface to make it more optimized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The reporting feature helps a lot in giving regular updates to our clients. Scheduling our content means one less thing to worry about because we no longer have to wait around all the time just to post our content at the perfect time. I also don't have to worry about security because we don't have to give our credentials to our clients because we can simply link their accounts to ours. It also allows managers to boost posts without having to login.
