Converting PDFs is now so easy

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how easy converting files to PDF is when I use this software. Whether it's an image, an Excel file, a Powerpoint presentation, or a Word document, this tool can do it and I didn't even have to deal with a steep learning curve to learn how to use it. I can even edit the PDFs I produce. It's really user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface could use some streamlining. I got a little confused at the sheer amount of tabs and sometimes would have difficulty finding what I was looking for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has really improved our relationship and our communication with our clients. We no longer have problems on what type of files to send that are readily readable. This software can easily convert PDFs that they send into file types compatible for us to open and edit. It's saved us time in the process.
