What are the best aspects of this product?

What I really like about this tool is how I can edit and send PDFs, resulting in better turnaround when it comes to projects and presentations. As a team, it has helped improve our collaboration since we can send and edit PDFs easily because of this tool. This has also resulted in our clients being impressed with our quick turnaround since our workflow has just been sped up by this software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the process for signing up new members can be made more intuitive, as I have had some members find it difficult to do it. They've also had trouble accessing the documents they need when they first start using that tool, and that could be a problem if the business grows and takes on more and more clients. If they improve this in future versions, I think that will really take this software to the next level.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this program, we've managed to increase our productivity and we have the numbers to prove it. Last time our company checked, this software was able to increase our turn-around time approximately 20 percent. It also streamlines the process for both us and the clients, as PDFs can be easily created and sent to clients and clients can sign it using this same software.
